An Outdoor Breathwork Class
Take a break from the chaos and find your calm. 45-minute guided breath experience by the sea at sunset.
A space to breathe
📍Pointe du Cap Martin - Roquebrune-Cap-Martin
🗓️ Wednesday 11th November 5:30pm
Free
We spend so much of our day thinking, doing and moving from one thing to the next.
This is an invitation to pause.
In this free 45-minute outdoor session, you'll be guided through a simple and accessible introduction to your breath, learning to notice how you breathe, connect with your diaphragm and discover the effect of a softer, more relaxed exhale.
No previous breathwork experience is needed.
It is intentionally different from a deeper breathwork journey. There is no expectation to release, process or work through anything personal.
Just come as you are, take a moment for yourself, and give your breath some space.
What might you take away?
A greater awareness of your breath.
A simple practice you can return to when you need a moment to pause.
And perhaps a little more space between you and the noise of everyday life.
You don't need to arrive stressed, overwhelmed or carrying something you want to release.
This is simply a space to breathe.
Is this suitable for everyone?
This some breathwork practices are not recommended during pregnancy.
If you have any health concerns or are unsure whether breathwork is appropriate for you, please consult your healthcare professional before attending.
