Newsletter and Breath Reset

When you subscribe, the name and email address you provide are sent to Sender, the service Casafina Wellness uses to manage subscriptions and send emails. Your signup allows us to send the Breath Reset, the welcome email series and the updates described on the signup form. You can withdraw your consent at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email.

Sender records subscription information and email activity, including opens and link clicks, to help us understand delivery and engagement. Some email applications block or obscure these measurements. See Sender’s privacy policy for information about its processing and service providers.

Messages, bookings and payments

Email links open your email application. Information you choose to send is used to respond to your enquiry and, where relevant, arrange the service you request. Please avoid including sensitive health information in an initial enquiry.

Booking, event and payment buttons may take you to external services, including Calendly and Eventbrite. These services collect the details needed for the booking or transaction under their own privacy notices. Casafina Wellness does not collect payment-card details through this website.

Website hosting and embedded services

Cloudflare hosts and delivers this website. Visiting a page involves processing technical information such as your IP address and browser details to deliver the page and protect the service. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy.

Newsletter forms load Sender’s embedded service. External services may use cookies or similar technologies when you interact with them. Your browser settings can limit cookies; blocking a service may prevent its form from working. Social-media and other external links are governed by the privacy notices of the websites you visit.

Your choices and rights

You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time. You can also contact us to ask about the information held about you, request access or correction, or request deletion, restriction or portability where applicable. Withdrawal of consent does not affect processing that took place before withdrawal. A record of an unsubscribe request may be needed to respect your choice.

Information needed for an enquiry or a service is kept for that purpose and any applicable record-keeping obligations. Contact us for details about your records or to request their deletion. Service providers may process information outside your country; their privacy notices describe their locations and safeguards.
