About
For a long time, I understood people from two worlds at once.
One was clinical, structured, precise, and rooted in the body and nervous system through my years working in hospitals in London.
The other was deeply human, emotional, intuitive, and shaped by what we carry internally that often cannot be seen or explained.
I worked for years as an orthoptist in clinical settings, supporting people through neurological and visual conditions.
It gave me a deep understanding of the body as a system, and what happens when regulation is disrupted.
But outside of that environment, I kept noticing something else.
Many high-functioning individuals were struggling in ways that didn’t match their external life.
Capable. Responsible. Intelligent.
Yet internally experiencing:
overthinking, pressure, emotional overload, and a constant sense of “not enough.”
At some point, I could no longer separate the physical from the emotional.
As I began to explore breathwork and somatic practices, I started to see more clearly that real change happens in the bridge between the body and the mind.
Insight creates awareness.
The body allows it to integrate.
Both are necessary for transformation to take root.
What I do
I support driven and capable individuals who are carrying internal pressure beneath their external capacity.
People who are used to:
holding things together
performing
adapting
and pushing through
But who are ready for something different internally.
I integrate Conscious Connected Breathing, coaching, and somatic awareness practices to support:
emotional regulation
stress reduction and nervous system balance
breaking repetitive patterns
deeper self-awareness
more grounded and intentional living
This is not about becoming someone else.
It is about removing what keeps you in survival mode so your natural clarity, intelligence, and emotional balance can return.
What changes
Over time, clients often experience:
less internal noise
more emotional steadiness
clearer thinking
improved boundaries
deeper connection to themselves
