I've spent my career learning how people carry pressure.

Now I help them carry less of it.

This is something I understand deeply, not just professionally, but through my own lived experience of transition and adaptation.

At 18, I left my home country and moved to the UK without speaking English. I had to quickly learn how to navigate uncertainty, rebuild confidence, and find belonging in a completely new environment.

I went lived in London, where I worked for 9 years in a hospital setting as an orthoptist.

That chapter shaped a strong foundation in clinical science, human behaviour, and the nervous system, while also giving me direct experience of what it means to work in high-responsibility, high-demand environments.

Over time, I began to notice something deeper underneath the surface of health, stress, and performance: how much tension people carry internally, and how rarely they have space to truly exhale, process, and reconnect with themselves.

This awareness eventually led me to follow a different path.

I moved to Costa Rica for 5 years, where life slowed down and I deepened my understanding of breath, presence, emotional processing, and somatic awareness in a more experiential way.

I am now based in France, bringing together everything I’ve learned, clinical understanding, nervous system science, breathwork, and coaching, to support people in moving from chronic internal pressure into more clarity, presence, and self-trust.

What I care about most is not “fixing” people, but creating a space where they can finally stop overriding themselves long enough to hear what is actually going on inside.

From that place, something very natural happens: things begin to realign.
